Thibaut Courtois was one of the big names to miss out on Belgium’s squad list on Sunday for the return leg against Ukraine. Initially 2-0 down, Belgium completely a comeback to win 3 – 2 on agg without their number 1.
Amidst Courtois’ absence, fear began to creep in, especially in the Real Madrid camp. Given the hectic schedule, being without their star goalkeeper would be a big blow in their treble hopes.
However, the recent updates on the Belgian brings nothing but smile to the faces of the Madrid faithfuls. This update was provided by Melchor Ruiz of Cope as quoted by Madrid Xtra.

The Los Blancos are slated to take on Leganes at the Santiago Bernabéu this Saturday, and as per the source, Courtois will be back just in time. This is big news for as far as Real Madrid is concerned.
However, although it looks more than likely, tests are expected to take place tomorrow at valdebebas. The Los Blancos are expected to resume training tomorrow with the available players from international Break and those who did not represent any nation.
Lunin a trusted Lieutenant
Incase Courtois fails to beat the dateline, he’ll be missed just as any other superstar but that’s all there’s to it. This is largely due to Lunin’s incredible form.
The Ukrainian international has barely put a foot wrong when called upon by Carlo, and has more than proven his worth. Although he has seen less game time come his way this season, Lunin remains locked in and bent on improving.
Indeed, not many teams can boast the depth Real Madrid has in the goalkeeping department having Courtois as your number 1 and Lunin as number 2.
