Jude Bellingham’s fitness issues has been a major concern at Real Madrid since Saturday’s clash against Espanyol. In an unfortunate circumstance, the Englishman suffered a shoulder blow, after an awkward landing. He’ll later be substituted by Ancelotti, an was seen with ice strapped to his shoulders while on the bench.
Prior to the event, a handful of media outlets came forward to report Bellingham’s absence for tomorrow. Real Madrid will take-on deportivo Alaves at the Bernabéu on Tuesday night, for what will mark LaLiga’s match day 6.

Bellingham wants to play, NO rest needed
According to source, Bellingham is against the idea of being rested on the night. The youngstar believes the only way to regain full fitness is by playing.
Bare in mind that Bellingham has been absent for the majority of the season, and is hungry for minutes. However, it’s not difficult to understand why Ancelotti wants him rested, as the derby is fast approaching.
Real Madrid will take-on Atlético Madrid on Sunday, for the first round of the Madrid Derby this season. Carlo Ancelotti will be hoping to get all his players fully rested ahead of the big event, as he would really be needing all the help he can get from his big guns.
Is it worth risking Bellingham tomorrow?
With all due respect to Deportivo Alaves and their spectacular run of form this season, that sees them sit 6th in LaLiga standing, it’s not worth the risk playing Bellingham.
Real Madrid already have the quality in the likes of Arda Güler and Luka Modrić who can play deputy to the English. Arda Güler for his part is having a dream start to the season. He has enjoyed more prominence under Carlo Ancelotti this season, compared to las season.
Meanwhile Luka Modrić as always is class. The veteran continues to prove to everyone that age is just a number, and that even at 39, you can still be of help to a club like Real Madrid.
Taking this two into consideration, it makes no sense the Bellingham is risked tomorrow. The game against Atlético is far more tricky and important.
