When it comes to signing young talents from Brazil and developing them into the very best, Real Madrid stand clear above others.
However, one can never get everything right, with Jesus Reinier being the perfect example in this case.
Joined the club in 2020 at that time just a young and fresh 18 years old with a lot of raw talent for a reported €30M, Reinier is yet to make an appearance for the Real Madrid senior team. The majority of his day with the merengues has been with the Castilla set-up.
His exclusion from the team that traveled to the United States, with Ancelotti taking along players like Nico Paz and Mario Martin, was proof of his irrelevance to the Italian gaffers plans moving into the season.
Clubs interested in Reinier
If a report from Mario cartegana of the athletic is to be believed, clubs including: Tenerife, Eibar, Norwich and Brazilian teams which for now remain unknown have shown interest for the services of Reinier.
England Championship side, Norwich desperately pushing for promotion have explored a loan + buy option with details of their interests still unknown, while Spanish sagunda division sides Tenerife and Eibar are also pushing for a loan switch.
Regarding a return to Brazil, Reinier (22), is at this point not thinking about going back home but that option is not ruled out yet.
Indeed, at 22, Reinier joined Real Madrid during his early career days when he just burst into the Brazilian football scenes with Flamengo. The young talent has been on loan to clubs including: Girona, Dortmund and recently Frosinone in Italy but has failed to impress in any of the above mentioned.
With just a little over a week left to go in this transfer window, it will be interesting to see where Reinier ends up.
