Most Black skin footballers around the world are of African origin, this might have happened during ancestral migration for greener pasture. Some influential figures have taken upon themselves, to trace their roots in search of their countries of origin, and Vinicius Jr is the latest on the list.
Thanks to the evolution of science and advanced technology, this process has been made possible. For some time now, Brazil has been doing Ancestral tracing, to find out the origin of its biggest football figure in today’s football, and the Results are finally out.
Vinicius Jr Is From Cameroon
After all findings, the Brazilian national team alongside Vinicius Jr announced this Revelation before the clash vs Uruguay. The player looked proud to have discovered his nation of origin, and was even holding a certificate to confirm so.
The report went on to reveal that Brazil have now started a campaign, to trace the roots of their players. Vinicius was the perfect advertisement of this new project of theirs.

Aside Vinicius Jr, who is now the latest on the list, Real Madrid has two other cameroonians in the squad. Unpopular but Aurelien Tchouaméni is one of the two.
Another cameroonian at Real Madrid is kylian Mbappe. This might not come as a surprise to many as his father Wilfred Mbappe is of Cameroon, and mother Fayza Lamari from Algeria. However both Tchouaméni and Mbappe represent the French NT.
Eduardo Camavinga is another player in the current Real Madrid team with African origin. The French Midfielder grew up in home country Angola, before moving to France at a very tender age. He would also go on to Represent France at National team level.
Finally, Brahim Diaz is the other African player at Madrid. Despite possessing the Spanish nationality, Brahim opted to represent his home country Morocco on the international stage. So far, the player has 7 goals and 2 assists in 8 games with the Atlas Lions
