In the summer of 2023, Arda Güler was one of the hottest teenage prospects on the market. The Turkish international had just enjoyed a breakthrough season with boyhood club Fenerbahce, garnering interest from multiple European heavyweights.
The tussle for his signature eventually narrowed down to a clasico, as Barcelona and Real Madrid stood as the last two possible destination for young Arda. Real Madrid eventually came out on top, as the youngstar fancied a move to the Los Blancos over the blaugranas.
Fast-forward two seasons later, Güler is yet to impose himself as a regular in the Real Madrid lineup. However, he is not short of believe that Real Madrid is the right place for him.

“I’m SURE I will SUCCEED at Real Madrid.”
In addition, he said;
“Real Madrid gave me a plan, and I still BELIEVE in it. I will SUCCEED. I will NOT stop fighting until I’m important at Real Madrid.”
The journalist then went on to cite out the love Real Madrid fans have for him, while asking if they should have any doubts about his future. Arda responded;
“I love Real Madrid fans and their support means a lot to me. I came to be important in the team, and I will NOT STOP until I achieve it.”
To assure his future, it seems Arda has even purchased a house in Madrid, as he said;
“I am SO CERTAIN that I will succeed at Real Madrid, that I just bought a HOUSE in Madrid.”
With the season now in its deciding stages, Arda Güler will look to step up his game, and be of help to Carlo Ancelotti.
Despite his limited play time this season, Arda is already on 11 G/A in all competitions for club and country. He notably recently stared for Turkey as the beat Hungary 3-0, scoring on his return to the NT.
