Asencio Rewarded For His Hard Work

As confirmed by Marca, Raul Asencio has indeed EXTENDED his contract until 2029. Both parties have reached common grounds, and an official announcement by the club’s website could arrive any minute from now.

A 4 year deal, the player is expected to experience a rise in salary as well. According to the source Asencio signed his contract immediately after returning from Spain NT on Monday.

Details Of Asencio’s New Contract

As we said above, it’s expected to be a 4 year deal that runs until 2029. It also includes a massive release clause attached to it.

To be precise, Asencio’s contract carries a €100m release clause, and the player is expected to have a salary rise to €6.2m starting next season.

Interestingly enough, the source also claims Asencio could be earning €9m in his last season, as there will be a progressive increase. The 21 year old is set for proper Galactico treatment.
